Cartek's next generation X-Club battery isolator has been designed as a cost effective option for battery isolation in race and rally cars which are running production based engines that are stock or mild tune - up to 3 litre capacity and a maximum of 6 cylinders. This new X-Club system offers improved performance and diagnostic features when compared to previous GT and XR Isolators.

Typical applications for the Cartek X-Club Battery Isolators are Mazda MX-5, Honda Civic Type R, Renault Clio, Ford Focus ST, VW Golf GTi, BMW 1, 2 and 3 Series, Formula Ford and bike engined formula cars. Please note, this isolator is not suitable for V8 engines or Hybrid vehicles.

All Cartek Battery Isolators are designed to perform two functions in accordance with FIA Motorsport safety regulations. These are:-
1. Stop the engine from running - 'Kill'.
2. Disconnect the Battery from ALL electrical systems - 'Isolate'.
